Is’hoqxon Ibrat - a jadidchi and poliglot who was born in To‘raqo‘rg‘on village in Namangan Province of Qo‘qon Khanate in 1862. He started his education in a local madrasa and later moved to Qo‘qon for further studies, eventually returning to his village to engage in spiritual activities
