A person‘s behavior cannot be understood without reference to the person‘s subjective interpretation of events. Thus there is a relationship between experience and behavior. On predicting behavior, what is needed is to know how a person acts in accordance with his impression of what is happening at the moment. This notion rejects the Skinner‘s idea of stimulus- response situation. What is critical in life is the perception of things by each individual. In other words, what it is meant to me is different from person to person. E.g. what loves and anger feel like to me, what a particular person means to me, is different from others. Hence, no one can legitimately claim that his sense of reality is necessary better or more correct than that of anyone else; no one has the right to impose
