Neologisms in English related to various fields such as technology, business, medicine, etc., and their linguistic and practical translation into Uzbek are studied in this article. The semantic characteristics of neologisms, methods used in translation (transcription, adaptation, lexical matching, description), and the effectiveness of these methods are taught. The article also discusses the challenges in the translation process and ways to overcome them. Results show that context-based adaptation and consideration of linguistic features are the most effective ways of translation
